One of the highest honors a dealership can be awarded by Toyota, Toyota of Deerfield Beach was presented the President's Award. In order to qualify as a President's Award winner, dealerships must excel in each of a series of categories, including Customer Sales Satisfaction and Customer Service Satisfaction. Dealerships that meet the requirements in all categories receive national recognition in an Automotive News advertisement and Time Magazine for their community involvement.
Since the opening of Toyota of Deerfield Beach three years prior, the dealership and its staff have been the recipient of the Board of Governors Award by Toyota Motor Sales each year for their achievement in sales volume and excellent customer service. To be considered a dealership must be among the top 60 dealers in non-fleet vehicle sales volume, must be in operation for the entire year, plus numerous other requirements.
Awarded President's Cabinet and President's Award. The President's Cabinet is most prestigious award from Toyota as they recognize the top 12 highest-ranking dealerships in the nation. It is a prestigious honor tied to sales and customer-satisfaction measures and reserved for an elite group of dealers who are the high-volume dealers doing the best job of taking care of their customers.
