Toyota of Deerfield Beach is very proud to present a special pre-Mother’s Day Pet Adoption event taking place on May 9, 2015! We’ll have numerous rescue pups onsite with several sizes and breeds to choose from, as well as educational bite-prevention workshops and animal protection demonstrations. There will be complimentary lunch and refreshments for guests, plus we’ll also have Operation Kidsafe onsite!
If you’ve never heard of Operation Kidsafe and you have children, you definitely need to know about this program. It was developed with help from police officials and consultants from the FBI, and is free to families. Kids must attend with a parent or trusted adult and will receive complimentary digital fingerprinting, a head and shoulder photograph, and safety tips, which are all combined together into a hard-copy document that parents can use in the event that a child is lost, or worse, kidnapped. No databasing is involved. All documents and information go home with the family and are designed to be used in the event of an emergency.
