Toyota's San Antonio Expansion Brings Job Boost
Toyota’s San Antonio campus is expanding in a major way, bringing positive news to the local economy. In July 2026, Toyota Motor North America announced plans to invest $3.6 billion to build out their San Antonio facility and offer thousands of new jobs for assembly team members.
Through its Way Forward Fund (WFF), Toyota is dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of children impacted by traumatic brain injuries (TBIs). The company offers critical financial support to ensure these children receive timely diagnoses and necessary treatment for both immediate and long-term recovery.
The recent wildfires in California have been devastating for those directly impacted, as well as their families and friends. Toyota has decided to bring the GR Cup to the world from Toyota in the year 2023. The organization called SRO America has been creating GT racing events over the last 30 years, and this will just be the most recent version of it.
